Possibly, but midgets usually have big heads with little bodies so perhaps not. I guess the penis size issue would affect the midgets like it affects us normal people the same way.

Oh there is some midget porn that makes you realize that midget ***** are as big as those of normal sized people. In fact because they are small, midget ***** tend to look even bigger than they actually are. I would guess 5 to 7 inches (erect) was as normal for them as us tall folks though!

i read a question on here like this the other night and a lady that was a nurse said a midget that was a patient of hers was 9 inches.. i have not seen 9 inches on a normal heighted man before so i would say no
