Great city.
hour from coast
three hours from mountains.
great people-city-
great jobs...
location perfect..

I grew up in the out skirts of Raleigh.From a little town called"lizardlick".No kidding.there is a place called this.But don't blink,you'll miss it LOL
I moved 64 miles away to the country.And I wouldn't move back for all the money in the world...However,the wages there are great,but then again,the cost of living is higher there..I may have grown up a city girl,but I've been in the country for 35 years now and I'm a Country girl through and through...Hee Haw!!!

I just moved from the Raleigh area(Durham) it's a beautiful and all but too boring and hard to make friends.

I don't live there. But I have been there several times. It's a nice city. But I may be a little biased, since I like everywhere and everything Southern:-)....
