I really like Fall out boy, but i also like My chemical romance...

I have what my friends would call a "healthy obsession bordering on unhealthy" obsession with Fall Out Boy. I have the pleasure of being friendly and regularly talking to all of the members, and they are all really cool, if somewhat dorky, kids. MCR's Mikey and Gerard are really nice too. They're the only ones that I have met. If you are going strictly by music, I like both. MCR has some powerful lyrics, but FOB matches that and adds some element of easiness when trying to sing or play their songs. But then, why can't one like both? I like both equally, I'd have to say. But I like the FOB kids better. Probably because I know them better. =) The way you put your question makes it sound like you aren't allowed to have two favorites; like you're going to get in trouble if you don't pick one. I say, why can't you like both? And throw a little Panic! At The Disco, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, and Gym Class Heroes in there while you're at it. (P.S. Purevolume.com is a great place to listen up on all of your favorite bands and discover new ones. I use it religiously. You can download and listen for free. I have actually recently come to like them both, although I like MCR alot more then FOB. Reason being, its the effort they put in, making every single song so different, the way the act, and how forward and honest they are. They are also probably the nicest band to interviewers I have ever seen in my life...
FOB, being also an amazing band, makes alot of great music, but if you listen to "From Under the Cork Tree" there are only 4 songs that really stick out, three of those being singles. So, they aren't so diverse, and most of the other songs they produce are along the same line. "Grand Theft Autumn" is their best by the way.

I love them both, but i am more of a fan of My Chemical Romance!!! They rock, but every1 is entitled to thier own opinion...

dislike them both, but i'm gonna have to go with my chemical romance, just because there new song starts off good, but when it continues it sucks

Fall Out Boy is my favorite band ever!!!
MCR is pretty good.
I cannot wait for Infinity On High to come out!!!

I like both, but I prefer MCR, but if you like those bands, you should check out Cute Is What We Aim For.
