Short story ideas.?

I need actually ideas like a man wakes up behind a waterfall or a man goes fishing on a lake and is attacked by piranhas. Real original ideas!.
I know that is a website that has a story random generator but i forgot the name.

I like the one that a man wakes up behind a waterfall. Maybe it could be set in the past and have mystical creatures and stuff. Here is my story (sorry if it is bad!!):
First of all, I will just call this guy "man" because you should make up a name for him, I can't think right now. On to the story...
In a small thatched cottage by a large glistening lake, lived man. He woke up that morning and after a small breakfast, went out to fish. He was a peaceful man, and didn't like to kill the beautiful creatures he saw in the forest. When he looked into the eyes of a dear or a bear, he couldn't bear to kill it. However, when he looked into the eyes of fish, he didn't see any life or emotion behind it. He sat down on the bank and cast out his line. He had spent a year making this fishing rod. It had taken him a while to figure out how to design it in the first place. All of a sudden, he saw a shadow in the water. It was moving in a curved path and seemed to bob up and down. The creature pulled on the bait that man had cast into the water. It pulled faster and harder. Man tried to pull back, but the creature was too strong. When he tried to cut the string, it was as strong as steel. When he tried to let go of the fishing rod, he couldn't. He was finally pulled into the water, and screamed as he splashed into the cold water. The last thing he saw were two gleaming red eyes in the middle of the black, massive creature that was pulling him. He woke up, and had no idea where he was. It took him a while to figure out his surroundings. He was sitting on a hard surface and had on different clothes. He looked straight out and realized he was in a cave behind a waterfall. "There are no waterfalls where I live." thought man. He wondered where he was and who had brought him there. "The creatures!!" Just as he was about to leave, his stomach growled loudly. He must have been there for days, weeks even. He decided the first thing was to get food. He was afraid to fish now, so he left the cave. Plants and flowers adorned the gently rolling hills surrounding the lake. It was as if he was somewhere else. He looked at the lake from a distance. It had the same shape and about the same size as his lake by his house. He couldn't see his house and there certaintly wasn't a waterfall by his lake. As he collected berries and nuts from the plants, he looked into the sky. Birdlike grey creatures with glowing green eyes floated through the sky...

My random generator (my head) says these would make cute humorous short stories:
#1: A man (or woman) gets a new device, but doesn't know how to work it. They go all over the world trying to find the answer, and the maker of the product, when they realize: all they had to do was look in the manual...

#2: A guy\girl wakes up and thinks he is turning into a monster. He goes crazy (not literally crazy) thinking this and a lot of the story is fretting what he might become, how he will survive living with mankind, what threat might he pose, etc. When he finally works up enough courage to go to the Doctor, the Doctor says he is just getting old(or maybe going through mid-life crisis)

a man wakes up behind a waterfall in the amazon jungle, and you can give flash backs from the past on how he came about here.
after losing his friends when their boat fell from the waterfal. he has no first aid and no food and needs to find help. you can write a story about how he survives in the jungle for 5 days...
you can go like how he tried to survive in those 5 days trying to follow the river on his foot to find some help. there are alot of poisonious ants, snakes, how he loses the cheetah by jumping in the river and how he tries to eat fish from the river.
after 5 days of exhaustion he finally decides to kill himself by cutting his wrist thinking he will die anyway by a pocket knife.
you can create suspense after he actually does kill himself and wakes him in a hospital. his friends were never found and neither their body or you could say maybe one of his friends body was found but no one knows where the otherone went. its an amazon you can write so much about survival in a rainforest such as an amazon.

A man whose breath stinks so badly his mother won't let him near her breast. He travels the world looking for a cure. He encounters charlatans, quacks, witch doctors, etc. all to no avail. He tries to drown himself in the ocean and meets a female dolphin who likes him just fine. He mates with her and they have a child. The child (half dolphin/half human) learns to speak the Kings English but every time she exhales through her blowhole the expelled air is so rancoruous and toxic people die from the fumes.

ok somthing origanal umm how about somthing like the next day he wakes up and finds him self under a bridge with cars roring by thats when he realizes that maby this wasnt so bad after all gets up brushes off his pants and heads home. hope you like it its the best i got
