No Doubt changed a lot over the years (and I don't think it was for the better). There are a lot of bands who have progressed but not many that have done complete 180's...

I think Green Day is the most drastically changed band. I liked their old music better.

The Beatles evolved pretty significantly.
And Ween. They change their style every album.
