That is such a good question. I don't know, and I have not seen one in years and years. I know we used to go to one also. Don't remember what the name was, but it was in Arlington, TX. We had so much fun! The movies were usually not new releases, but ones that had been out for a while. I bet you could make a ton of money if you bought a place and opened up a dollar movie show. Good question!!!

As in movies?? there's a spot in Orlando, FL on West Colonial Drive. Cant remember the name of it but Its 5 minutes from the Fashion Square mall. some days they even show movies for 50 cents!

Here in southern california we have the cinemark 10. It is in cathedral city but the movies they show are alreadsy on video and it isnt a vey good area(the people not the place)

Yes we have one in my town,in fact my daughter worked there. Movies right before they came out on video and the best popcorn in town.

Wow are you old! But not as old as me. I remember Saturday matinees for 50 cents. Plus popcorn, a drink AND a candy bar for another fifty cents.

There are dollar stores, yes. They're going out of business with inflation, but I love 'em. You can find so much "junk" that is so cool.
