Dell 2350 Router MTU Setting?

I am trying to get my Xbox360 on Live through a Dell 2350 router. For some reason the MTU always fails. This doesn't happen if it is connected directly to the modem, but it is annoying having to switch cords constantly. I know the MTU needs increased in the modem, but I can't find a setting anywhere in the admin settings to do it. Anyone have any clue on how to do this or if it is even possible with this router?

do you have the control utility to manage the router?
