Some personalities are more driven towards certain types of success than others. Also, some of those types success are more lucrative than others.

So someone with an artistic personality is going to be poor, when someone with a wall st shark personality is going to make lots of money, even if both put the same effort into their craft.

Why even bother telling people who don't get the moneymaking personalities to bother?

Success isn't just money. You define what is success to you.

You answered your own question in your first line: "Some personalities are more driven towards certain types of success than others." The real question is: What makes your life worth living? For some people it is material success. For others, it is the ability and opportunity to create... regardless of the financial rewards. I have met artists with 'Wall Street" personalities... they were driven to succeed in their crafts, though financial rewards were often few and far between. If we were all money driven, there would be no teachers, artists, or musicians. Imagine a world without music... and then wonder again why we bother!

I think you're referring to different motivational or persuasion types. Those differ greatly from interpersonal relationship type personlities.

I think the push to do certain things is just an encouragement to do your best with whatever you choose. I can think of many Wall Street Shark types who fail because they have knee jerk reactions in business and bankrupt early on...on the other hand, I've also seen quite a few artistic types who carry their craft to heights that bring them an amazing wealth.

Success isn't always measured by money...it's measured by one being happy with what they do and the place in life it puts them...rich OR poor.

You will only get as far in life as you think you DESERVE. It's not the brains or talent or even attitude alone, it's how and where you literally SEE yourself. Picture the person you want to be...and BE it!
