Legally... nothing. You can try and get sole custody of the child and make your spouse pay spousal and/or child support.

your already separated right?
so now you have your own will and leave
take the kid
they deserve a better partent anyway if the other is alienating the kid
and plus the kid would be happier to see you happy with another partner

Read up beforehand on something called Parent Alienation Syndrome then confront him. Let him know you know what he's up to. Ultimately though, there's not a lot you can do to stop this - and not a lot he (I assume "he", sorry) can do to really detroy the relationship with your kids if it is basically sound.
