Who is a famous man? Because there are many.
Probably the most famous right now and infamous would be President GW Bush, unfortunately. And second to him right now would be Sadam Hussein but that will soon fade away into history, as well as Bush when he retires from the position this year. The most talked about men in town are all the movie/music Stars, and then comes the rich, like Bill Gates, Buffet, Prince of Brunai, because they are rich.

Jesus Christ with a great lead over the second runner up which is Henry Ford and third is Karl Marx's.
I use these three because of the vast impact that they have both had upon man kinds history.

well,according to statistics last year(i think in june) the most well known icon in the world is coke(no surprise) and the second is the face of Nelson Mandela. so that makes him the most well known, but being famous and well known is two diff things i suppose...
