I would think so. Everyone has dreams. Even dogs have dreams. Just becuase they are blind doesn't meant they don't. I would imagine there dreams would be of the world. It would have to be hard on them. They get to hear people talk about things that they will never see. THey probably dream of what they think it would be like. Kinda like you reading a book. THe pictures arent writing on the page but you use your imagination and picture what the characters and settings are like.
