It's because the song was made by "so so def recordings" It's just a way to promote the recording studio.

In all likelyhood the song is by an artist signed to Def Jam Records...the voice is usually a producer.

the guy saying "so so def" is jermaine dupri, who owns the record label "so so def" and he is the one who produced the song as well.
