The third one. Think of the word 'lei'. It's pronounced "lay", so if I saw 'lei' in a name, I'd be inclined to think that you would pronounce it the same way.

I would think Hanna Lee. although we have a vendor where I work whose name is spelled Hanna but she is real bitchy about making sure you say "Honna".
