I just noticed it today, but it looks like there is blood or something in there. I recently had my appendix removed, (about three weeks ago) and then two weeks later was treated for an abcess. I'm on antibiotics, and that's pretty much it. Anyone with any experience have any advice?

The abcess was near my crotch area, and it was drained enough to get the tube removed in three days.

you may not have healed yet .. give that part of you a rest for a couple of week and if it continues ask a doctor

You need to see your doctor as soon as you can get an appointment. Blood in seman is not normal. Ed

BY FAR THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS TO CALL THE DR.WHO DID THE SURGERY AND ASK WHAT CAN BE DONE AT THIS POINT. CONSIDERING YOU'VE JUST HAD SURGERY THIS MIGHT BE AN UN-EXPECTED OUTCOME, BUT HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?

i don't know anythin but the thing i do know is that red semen is not a usual thing. but you are probably having some side affects because of the serguery.
