I agree. One thing I don't like is when someone calls a skinny person or a model anorexic. Anorexia is a psychiatric disorder and not something a person should be called only because he or she is skinny. And not every skinny person suffers from anorexia; some people are just naturally that way.

You're partially right. Large people complaining about skinny people need to get off the couch and go to the gym. But on the model issue, it's not because people are jealous of their size, it's because it is threatening to their health because most of them have eating disorders. In fact 3 top models have died in the fall, 2 to anorexia and 1 to bulimia. When your body doesn't get nutrients from your food, the organs slowly start to die (same with no excersize) so these models organd eventually suffered from lack of food, AND all of this just to be skinny.

I don't agree. The way it currently works is that models become so anorexic that they put their lives in danger. This isn't a "world is becoming fatter so we want our models fatter" this is a "models are going to die from starvation just to make money on a catwalk." Countries / People do not want that responsibility so they are saying no to anorexic models. It is not saying yes to fat people. So while I agree with you that fat people complaining about thin people is a little stupid, it is NOT stupid to look out for young women's lives and telling them that it is NOT okay to starve themselves. It's not that models "work very hard" it's that these models have an eating disorder.
Good question, though!

Some models work hard, yes. Some models purge each sandwich, salad and chip they consume. Some models smoke crack. The result: very thin bodies, yes. Some models are born with it. Let's be more inclusive about the truth honey.

I don't complain about skinny people, but I do raise the concern about thin people who look anorexic as it isn't healthy. I don't sit on the couch eating Twinkies either. I just happen to be Big, Bold and Beautiful.

I just don't think Kate Moss and women who look like her are very attractive. I'm not jealous, I just don't like looking at them.
If you do, go for it.
I don't like Twinkies either. I'll down a few snickers bars though. It's the same thing. Taste is an individual choice.

yeah i guess i have to agree. I mean its not anyone's fault that some people are skinnier than the others... why should larger people complain? but i guess i get their point that they probably can never be like one of them and complain... well thats how life is.
