If you're using Internet Explorer, click on the thing that kind of looks like a clock next to Favorites.

On your address bar on the top of the screen, there should be something that either says history or has a little clock on it. Click on that or press CTRL+H (ctrl and h at the same time) and you should find it, and if you don't, your computer settings already deleted it and there is no way to get it back.

There should be a bunch of bars that don't move when you scroll down a page. The one under "File, Edit, View" etc. are a bunch of symbols. There is one that has a clock and green arrow. Click on it and there should be a folder with "Thursday" or "Wednesday" or whatever yesterday was. Open the folder. You're done.

on iexplorer, go to the little sundial looking icon (or enable it by right-clicking on the bar with the rest of the icons, and choose customize and add it in. On mozilla firefox, just go to the history tab on the window.

look at the arrows at the top left of your screen (those are the page forward and page back buttons)
Next to them is a smaller down arrow, click it then click history and you will have the information you need.
