This has to do with my homepage. I can't get it set on what I want. When I reset my cpu it goes back to another page. It is a second hand computer. I don't know how to reset the administrator. Please, help. I have tried everything else. Thanks.

reboot into safe mode with the F8 key before windows startup, click on user accounts and reset the password.

Restart the computer, while it is restarting hold down F8 choose option start in safe mode > In safe mode go to start > control panel > User Accounts and configure your accounts from there. Change and delete passwords from here to.

ask the person who you bought it from what the admin password is.. if not reformatt and make yourself admin with your own password.
