Hi,
That message means you're missing a file to run your program. You can find that file here: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?riched20
You will need windows xp or 7zip (free, www.7zip.org) to extract that file from the archive. Put it in the directory of the program you're trying to run.
If you need any more assistance, feel free to contact me.
Take Care,
Ken

Riched20.dll is used by MS Outlook. You will need to run repair on either Outlook or Office. The steps to do so are as follows:
1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. In Control Panel, double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
3. In the list of installed programs, click to select either Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Office, depending on how you installed Outlook.
4. Click Add/Remove.
5. After the setup screen appears, click Repair Office.
6. Click Detect and Repair errors in my Office installation, and then click Install.
The repair process takes several minutes while Office Setup repairs any damaged or missing files. If prompted to restart your computer, click Yes.

A .dll is a dynamic link library extention. it is crutial for whatever program needs it or windows to get everything it has to offer. without it certain things can't run for whatever it goes to. best way to fix it is to uninstall the program it belongs to and reinstall it or if it is the operating system to format your hard drive and start over. however back up all your files before formating since your whole hard drive will be deleted.
