There seems to be a lot of us going through. Just try your best to be positive no matter how hopeless the situation seems.

Oh, yeah. D-I-V-O-R-C-E; even sounds depressing.
Some depression is physiological and some is psychological.
Eating a regular nutritious and balanced diet can help. Teach yourself a short positive mantra/affirmation. When you start feeling those thoughts coming on, refuse to succumb to the urge to 'drop off' into the oblivion of negativity. It doesn't always work but it is a start. And we can all use a new start now and again.
Things will get better. I promise.

Oh God yes. In those instances, I go for a nice walk and really think things over to figure out why...and what do i need to change, but something isn't working right in my life.
