What will be the primary form of transportation in California in 20 years and will freeways, roads, highways, and streets be torn up? What will happen to suburbs and single-family neighborhoods and will driving in California's cities end?

Electric trains must replace the bus lines and car networks to have less pollution. Lesser cars powered with gas and diesel will mean less smoke.

Thats a good question. I'm a native Californian. He got reelected by appealing to the moderates on the environment. Time will tell if he's on the up and up or if he's a flip flopper. I'm hoping the latter.
