Is there a trick to it?

I finally got my "free" iPod Shuffle for signing on with the Dish Network. Had to have my granddaughter tell us what to do over the phone. It's finally charged and I got 40 (I think) songs loaded. I love it! It works fantastically EXCEPT the ear thingies keep falling out! Is there a trick to keeping them in?

The IPod ear buds are notoriously uncomfortable. You may have to get other ear buds or a headset. I got a set of Sony ear buds that have three different sizes of ear bud attachments to try on for size.
