The moves are very real even though it is planned. They have to practice a lot so they do not really injure each other. They act hurt but they know how to move and slam each other without hurting each other. The drama part leading up to the match is a put on for entertainment. So some parts of the show are real and some are fake - like the diva's t*tties. hahaha, but seriously it is more for entertainment than anything.

All the drama is fake. But the "fights" are real, but sometimes I think they are fake. Like at New Year's Resolution last year; Adam (Edge) was probably faking fighting Cena for PR.

Physical part.. getting hit, punched, slammed and so forth is real. It’s really happening and guys are getting hurt. Think of it like acting fighting, but guys have to hit one another. If one guy messes up they can really get hurt or worse.]
But it is fake, they have a script and they know who will win before they even head out to the ring.
The blood you see is real. But the wrestler cuts himself. Usually the ref will have a razor, glass or something like that. Drop it on the mat and the wrestler will pick it up and cut himself.. crazy stuff. But yeah, the guys are really getting hurt.

yes some is fake and some is real i love wrestling i been watching it since i was 2 and im 16 and im still watching it
i met some of the wrestlers and i asked the same question you did
and they really get hurt just like i said some is fake some real
