There is no other meaning than the city name for London. If it ever did mean anything other than that, that meaning has been lost. It is possible that it is just a variation of a local word that the Romans took on when they first came to England, as there are no other words in Latin that start with 'lond' as the first four letters. (With the exception of Londiniensis, the adjective for a Londoner.)
