The nipple is breast tissue and will NOT grow back or regenerate. It would heal up with scar tissue and look similar to skin.
It is rare, but men also get breast cancer. My wife had breast cancer and had to have a mastectomy with reconstruction surgery. The Dr. removed all the breast tissue including the nipple which left a skin breast covering. Then they took some muscle tissue, from the abs, no less, turned it over and put it inside the skin that normally covered the breast! Amazing. The Dr. cut out a small piece of skin from the incision and plugged up the hole where the nipple had been. After it all healed up, he fashioned a nipple shape from that skin and after it healed up, they tattooed it to match the color of the other nipple.

you would be in serious trouble if you done this. you would need to see a Dr for real and no a new one would not grow back. how long did it take you to think up this question?

Do you think we are reptiles? No, it will not grow back. There will be a scar there for life unless cosmetic surgery was performed to make one.
