I get so tickled when I hear these Payton Manning fans try to argue why their guy is better than Mr. Dynasty.

Give it up! Manning is great and puts up huge numbers, but the same can be said for Marino - and nobody is saying he was better than Montana.

This season, as Brady racked up 24 TDS and 12 INTS with a troupe of receivers that Bellichek found at some bus stop, was truly amazing.
More important, Manning simply has an ugly history of not bringing his best game when the stakes are highest. Remember, while Brady was leading his dynasty to 3 superbowls in the 21st Century, he was almost always going through Manning to get their. When I think of Manning, I think of he and his receivers getting their faces rubbed into the dirt at Foxboro.
Brady is the clutch performer of his generation. A latterday Montana with a better arm. Give him his due.

The perfect Quarterback. When a statement like that is heard, a few names come to mind that defined the Quarterback position. Joe Montana with the 49ers and their dynasty. John Elway, king of the comeback in Denver. Green Bay's Brett Farve, who dominated the game in the early 90s. Dan Marino who holds passing records as the Dolphins QB that may never be broken and Troy Aikman. A football god in Dallas, that brought home three titles for the Cowboys. In today's NFL, there are only a couple Quarterbacks that fit the bill and two of best are Tom Brady of the New England Patriots(6-1 record) and Peyton Manning of the undefeated Indianapolis Colts(7-0).

Arguably the best passers in the game, Manning and Brady are a nightmare for opposing defenses every week. From Peyton's unpredictablity with play changes at the line to Brady being calm and cool in the pocket like he has not a care in the world. Although these QBs are no doubt Hall of Famers, there is one big difference that separates the two. Three Super Bowl rings and two Super Bowl MVP awards. Tom Brady will go down in history as one of the most successful post season QBs ever to play the game. The man is practically unstoppable when it comes to playoff time. Brady has only been in the NFL for seven years and he has only had four seasons without a Super Bowl victory, that's is unbelievable! So far in their careers Brady is the clutch performer and Peyton is the choke artist in the post season.

Manning has had no luck when the new year comes around and the playoffs are under way. In Peyton's nine year career with the Colts, Indianapolis has not once managed to get to the Super Bowl or beat Brady's Patriots consistently(6-1 verus Tom Brady). Every year the Colts are the team to beat during the regular season, top of everyone's power ranking, an offense that could go down as one of the best all time. Last year the Colts went undefeated all the way to week fifteen and threatened the 1972 Dolphins perfect record, but for some reason the Colts have not had what it takes to become Super Bowl champions or even get to the Super Bowl.

Sunday! Foxboro, Massachusetts, home of the three time champion Patriots. Tom Brady and Peyton Manning will square off again in what has the makings to be the game of the year. The two Quarterbacks are coming awesome performances from last week. Brady threw for four touchdowns and one pick in a 31-7 schlacking of the Minnesota Vikings Monday night. Manning on the other hand had an extremely accurate day against the stingy defense of the Denver Broncos going 32 of 39, 345 yards, throwing three touchdowns and no picks. As a result, a 34-31 victory for the Colts and a passer rating of 129.2 for Manning, not to mention an insane completion percentage of 82.1%

Head to head, Peyton has won the last two match ups, plus stats for the year go to Peyton. Hey, Mr. Fighting Irish, first Brady has dropped the last two to Peyton and second, Indy is playing KC Saturday, not New England.
