Im sorry hun but I think that theres not much you can do, but you could always try:
1) Pulling/streching them
2) wash them in the sink and hang them up
3) buy new sweatpants

Ahhhh! I've done this before, too! Get them soaking wet, then have someone help you stretch them by pulling on the legs as you pull on the waistband...slow, but firm pulling, then hang them on the line (not in direct sunlight) to dry.

Rerinse them....put them in the dryer for about 4 minutes (just to warm them up)...take them out and step on the bottom of each leg with both your feet....and then pull them up at the waist...let them hang dry.

Try washing them in cold water, but don't dry them. Make sure that they're not wringing wet, then stretch them out a little and hang them up in your bathroom. See if that helps you. It helped me with my favorite shirt.

you probably can't fix them, but this might help......
wash them again....and when they're wet......pull them and stretch them out as much as you can.....then, let them air dry......
don't dry them again, in the dryer....and always wash in cold water......
good-luck

Get fat and they'll stretch! Then lose fat to fit in them again.
