What's the formula for mean, median, and mode of Frequency Distribution?

Somebody help me.....I can't find it...........And it's also my prelims tommorow......

Mean = arithmetic average
Median = middle number if odd
Median = average middle two numbers if even
Mode = value which occurs most often
