I saw the man that I used to love in a cafe bar. He came with a girl..and when he saw me...he got confused...and then he took his girl to a table with a couple of people ( probably they had to meet) and then vanished form the caffe bar...and didn't came back.Is this means something...do he really have feelings for me? Does this action is a proof for that.? Cuz I thought I forgot him..but wow ...probably not yet :)

not necessary maybe he just didn't want anything weird to happen like you meeting his girlfriend that could be a little awkward for him

and that doesn't prove much at all, it could have been that he was just walking her into the caf'e and was not actually with her the way you think.
