It all depends on what kind of dreams you have.Believe it or not some dreams have prophecies that show us how the world is,
and what will happen right before our very own eyes.Or,unless you are talking about dreams as far as accomplishing something in life.
Try to be more specific next time,because people other than you intend to use the word dream, and may not bring out the main idea of
the word dream.But if you don't want to take my advise,hey I'm
just stating some facts and opinions just like any other American.

Dreams are messages from our subconcious, telling us what's going on in our lives and how we feel about what's going on around us. Dreams can give us answers to a problem we have in our waking state or they can even tell us about that weird feeling we have about a special person.

yes, dreams are made up of your thoughts, it's either fresh thoughts, or, more commonly old thoughts & events stored in the back of your brain.
