This problem could be caused by one or more of the following
Outdated system firmware
Peripheral firmware
Incompatible drivers
Hardware that does not correctly support hibernation and standby

Make sure all your drivers, including BIOS, is up to date. This could be a video card driver problem , or your NIC is set to wake on LAN and that is why it is rebooting. You may need to check BIOS settings to determine if it is enabled.

Disable Hibernation. It's a useless feature that almost never wakes up right.

check your bios settings. it may be because you are using usb kb/mouse that it may not wake up (older computers do not wake up with usb as easily).
