how can i get big boobs?

im 15 and im practically flat. i get teased and my friends laugh at me. i HATE it. i cry all the time and wish that i wore a B cup at least. im even smaller than a AA cup. im so depressed over my flat chest and i can't help it. is there any possible way i can get bigger boobs without pills or creams. i don't want to get implants. i hate wearing bras. how can i get boobs naturally without having to fake it. whenever i see my friends or other big breasted girls, i go run into the bathroom and cry. i cry all the time because i know im not normal and there's nothing i can do about it. is there any possible way i can get bigger boobs. please help me. ASAP!!!!!

Oh please, I am 18 and look at me. You don't need big boobs, I still get attention and I don't have them, even when I am fully clothed.

First of all, what makes you think you're not normal? Just as eye color, hair color, and how tall you are are genetically linked, so is breast size.
Next, I'll say that you should forget about the "friends" and concentrate on the things you DO like about yourself. Isn't it a wonderful world where beauty is defined in so many ways, and my dear, don't ever base your self esteem on someone else's thoughtless, silly comments.
Also, some girls are 'late bloomers'. Don't worry so much about your breast size right now and do things to accent what you feel are your positive features. Models do it all the time.
Last of all, if you really want to work on having larger breasts, work on the muscle that supports them. There are exercises for the 'pecs' that by making the muscles bigger will make your breasts bigger.It takes time, but it's ALL you. By the way, athletic girls are the bomb!
I almost forgot, you can also buy bras that make you look bigger. Go online and look, just be sure to get a good quality bra....

it's probably a myth but u sound like u need all the help u can get so i heard that if u eat a lot of chicken it gives u more fibers/muscles or do some push ups they develop ur muscles all of the body and ur boobs too so that if & when u do get them they may very well be firm. and i sure can't tell u 2 jus stop payin it any attention cause if ur friends don't hike on u then boys surely will do but if u do have a decent butt then stop complainin! cause many hike on me like every day n plus with big boobs u can just kiss tube tops and cute little halters good-bye and with some stuff u don't really wanna wear a bra with but u have to u don't really have a choice or u kno (not gonna look cute) and can u not wanna wear bra and have big boobs what are u planning? to have them hanging? oh no! think about it again if u really want big boobs cause i have this friend wit big boobs and she says since her fourth grade she hasn't gone a day without bra n she is 15 like u also

I know it hurts. I was teased for being early and very developed. I would have killed to be flat. So with that being said, here comes the wisdom of some age...don't worry about it. You'll develop if and when you are ready. Eventually everyone will grow up enough to stop teasing you. They have their own body issues and that's why they knock you down. Work on being comfortable with yourself and you'll be hot not matter what.

Overtime they should enhance in size. Just let nature run its process and you may be surprised in maybe even just a few weeks.

But for a suggestion I'd say the only way is to gain weight, but if you're fit already and not underweight, I would reccomend just waiting a while.

Hi Girl be happy with what you got, I am a women with 40DD boobs n back hurts all the time. I cant run without getting black eye's lol I'm joking but it hurts to run I would give anything to trade for some A's anyday. So be happy no one is perfect.

You're normal. Stop letting the image of others get you down. Look at keira knightley. She is very small chested and yet I think she is one of the hottest chicks out there!

You can't just magically grow boobs. Its not the boobs that makes the person. Look at Anna Nicole Smith. She has boobs, and she's dumber than a box of hammers and I wouldn't touch her with a 50 foot pole.

You are still growing and trust me You will develop, you just need to be patient! Ask some large chested women how they feel about their breasts and they will say they wish they were smaller.

Work on the rest of your body, and keep your hair and clothes nice. Small boobs with an athletic figure is very attractive. Kira Knightly doesn't have any problem getting dates. Wear clothes that emphasize your legs and stomach and butt. Most guys just want something nice to look at... Most clothes look great on smaller breasted women.
