You can complain all you want but Zango and its cousins Hotbar and 180 Solutions have been around for years and unfortunately will probably be around for many more.
Zango is usually installed by kids who don't read the EULA (the fine print) when downloading a "free" game. Kids also infect computers by downloading and using some again so-called "free" videos for use on the MySpace website.
Go ahead and complain if makes you feel better, but it will do little good.

If you want to get rid of it, here's how:
This instructions will get rid of it, but you need to follow it carefully. You need to download the BFU and you need to Download the "MediaGateway Remover"(it's a script) the script must be run inside the BFU folder, the BFU folder must be located in your root directory.
First Step:
Please download Brute Force Uninstaller to your desktop.
http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip
Right click the BFU folder on your desktop, and choose Extract All
Click "Next"
In the box to choose where to extract the files to,
Click "Browse"
Click on the + sign next to "My Computer"
Click on "Local Disk (C:) or whatever your primary drive is
Click "Make New Folder"
Type in BFU
Click "Next", and Uncheck the "Show Extracted Files" box and then click "Finish".
Second Step:(download the MediaGateway Remover)
http://metallica.geekstogo.com/MediaGateway.BFU
and choose "Save As" (in IE it's "Save Target As") in order to download MediaGateway Remover.
Save it in the same folder you made earlier (c:\BFU).
Third Step:(running the fix)
Please go to Start > My Computer and navigate to the C:\BFU folder.
Start the Brute Force Uninstaller by doubleclicking BFU.exe
Behind the 'scriptline to execute' field click the folder icon and select "MediaGateway.BFU"
Press "Execute" and let it do it’s job. (You ought to see a progress bar if you did this correctly.)
Wait for the complete script execution box to pop up and press OK.
Press exit to terminate the BFU program.
