I mean for most people in general. There are plenty of people who are not skinny, or considered classicly beautiful. Depending on the type of person you are and your interests, do you think it is hard for most people to maintain who they are and still fit in?

I think society on a whole is acceptable of most people,but there is noway that I'm going to be something I'm not for the sake of society.i say be who you are,if people can't accept you for you find the people that will

Obviously that depends on who you really are.

If you are offensive to people in your actions or attitude, you aren't likely to be accepted. On the other hand, if you try to be what they want to be acceptable- you are a fake, and few will respect that.

If you are just different, but can be yourself and respect who you are- others will find you acceptable too, even highly desirable to be around. Be yourself; be a good person, and don't apologize for it.

Looks aren't the whole story. Yes, it affects first impressions, but many a pretty girl or handsome guy gets ugly when they open their mouth. Don't worry about the things you can't change anyway.

Society as a whole is a LOT more accepting nowadays, and if you can NOT feel free to be true to yourself (in the company you keep at this time), then it is time to find a new group of friends/acquaintenances that match who you really are.
