Yes they can talk about it, they just can't do it.

I don't think so, because in the freeing process some kind of feeling of owing the ones doing the freeing is left behind. So they are never totally free, there is always some way to come back and say "but WE freed you, not yourselves". Control is down right nasty as far as society is concerned.

Yes they can JUST TALK, but the problem is that people don't ***** handle their own business, Everyone thinks he/she is right and the Wisest...

as Pope says,

We think our fathers fools, so wise we grow
Our wiser sons, no doubt, will think us so

You know my friend Freedom can't be forced upon anyone at any time by any means... Even if it seemed it can be, in fact Its an illusion....
