How racist would I be if I wanted to know who the best white receiver is?

All around receiver, Marvin Harrison. The guy is flat-out a talent to be reckoned with. He's a perfect route runner with great athletic skill, and most of all - he's consistent.
There are a number of different very talented wideouts out there, Steve Smith, Chad Johnson, Terrell Owens... but Harrison is a cut above.
To the guy asking about the best white WR out there right now? Mike Furrey in Detroit. Who? Exactly, but the kid is fast and he catches everything. Then again, what other white wideouts are starting 1/2 right now? Matt Jones? He can't stay on the field. Finneran, Proehl, and Stokely are all hurt. I'm afraid that's a really short list to choose from ;-)

Currently there's no doubt it's Steve Smith from the Carolina Panthers, no one can catch the guy and he has some of the best hands around. If Terrell Owens had a better work ethic and wasn't an asshole people might say he's the best one.
All time though you gotta go with Jerry Rice hands down.

The better and tougher question is: Who is the best WHITE wide receiver in the league? Most of the WRs are black.

Damn here we go with the black and white **** again don't u see football most of the wide receivers are black if u don'twaht you're asking don't ask cause it will make look stupid, besides black people are faster than white people and I know most people will have the same opinion.

Ed McCaffery...Why does your question say black??? I do not see color but I do not think there are any white or hispanic wide receivers in the league...Besides the Titans guy who is often injured.
