Photoshop is the best program to edit Photos. However, if you don't have it or don't want to spend a couple hundred dollars to buy one, I would highly recommend downloading Picasa from Google. Google created a simple photo editing program that is great if you just wish to do basic editing to your photos.

You'll need a photo editing software in order to do that. Your printer and/or scanner installation disc should have those. If not, you can get a free photo-editing app on the net.

You should have some buttons on your Mont er to change it
check the front of it.

yes. U need to use photoshop and play with the curves and levels.
