I heard small meteorites and other debris from space hit Earth a few times each day. I heard of properties being damaged but I never heard of anyone being killed by one. Has there ever been a documented case?

There's only one confirmed case of a meteorite actually hitting a person: A Mrs. Hodges, of Sylacauga, Alabama, was hit in 1954. She was not killed, though. The linked source provides details, including photos.

There are several unconfirmed accounts of meteorite deaths in the linked source. Of course, a sufficiently large meteorite could easily kill lots of people. The Tunguska explosion was probably caused by a meteorite, and given the force of the thing, it probably killed some people, but it hit in a very sparsely populated area back in 1908.

Ummm, I seem to remeber somone being struck and killed in some little hick city. You might want to look it up on abc or some other news site or.... wait, here you go: http://home.earthlink.net/~mwnews/12141915.htm
Except there, it killed dogs. Hmmm....Well, good luck on that. And you're forgetting the biggest meteorite death: THE DINOSAURS! Hope that helps! O_o
