Since they are all in need of coaches...

Pitt: Russ Grimm or Ken Whisenhurst (Keep it inside the organization)
Oakland: Rex Ryan (Did a monster job with Raven's defense this year)
Miami: Jim Mora
Atlanta: Mike Martz (Innovative Offensive mind) Ron Rivera (Quality Head coaching candidate didn't quite make it last year)
Arizona: Cam Cameron (San Diego Offensive Coordinator)

a million. Sparano-best turnaround 2. Mike Smith-made a bad enterprise look good back 3. John Harbaugh-he's going th the AFC championship 4. Ken Whisenhunt-he's going to NFC Championship 5. Mike Tomlin-A flatout winner 6. Mike Singletary-he controls his group 7. Jim Zorn-had Washington rolling early, yet lost gamers 8. Norv Turner-did much less with greater 9. Wade Phillps-he desires to get his group fired up.

Arizona was looking at Tommy Bouden but at the Super Bowl when my team (Clemson lost) i think they changed there mind!

actually I think Arizona will keep Dennis Green because he's done pretty well in building a cohesive unit, he just needs to get them to play like one.

Pittsburgh I think should keep Bill Cowher also, he's 1 year removed from a super bowl win you can't fire him already!

Oakland, Atlanta and Miami should keep their options open, maybe go after Dave McGinnis.
