well, if i have to stay awake, such as when at work or while driving...i have a coffee or a coke blak.
if i am at home, and it's anywhere near bedtime...i put on my jammies and get in bed...lights out!

If i really want to stay up.. red bull, coffee or some other caffeinated drink. I can also take my adderall (attention deficit medication) that keeps me up until ungodly hours if i take it too late in the day. Or, as others suggested, I go to sleep.

Go to sleep. But if I have to stay up I'll chug an energy drink (red bull). Probably not the healthiest thing in the world to do, but hey, if I have to then I have to.

If I can - I go to sleep.
If I can't then I get up and walk around a while, stretch, and take deep breaths. Then a hot drink - not necessarily decaffeinated helps.
Don't eat - that'll nod you right off.
