my daughter was messing with the speech program on the computer and recording her voice for speech to text program/ micro soft sam etc.. now the computer is playing music but the sound is high pitch and the voices squeaky... like the way it would happen when you would play a LP on too fast a speed
can anyone out there help me?????

I had the exact same problem 3 weeks ago and someone from Q&A helped try this, at the bottom right of your screen where all your symbols are there is one that controls the equaliser on this there is a pitch control set it to 0. I hope this works.

I think you might have speeded up your stuff on Windows Media Player. You need to go to play speed settings on Windows Media Player and set it back to normal.
