I learned how to snowbard yesterday, and I had an awesome time. However, I fell a ton, and today I am sore all over. Is there any way to get rid of the pain?

Take a hot soaking bath, then, while the muscles are still warm from the bath do some gentle stretching exercises to prevent stiffening up. When muscles ache we don't like to move, but without movement we get stiff and ache more, so exercise is the cure for sore muscles

Taking a hot bath always helps me after intense skiing and snow boarding. Take 2 ibeprofen pills, sit in a hot bath, then later get a warm rag or one of those packs you can put in the microwave to relieve pain. Apply this on the sore spot. It will hurt for a few days but if you massage the knots and take pain killers everthing will be fine. I had to work my way through a broken tail bone from snowboarding. Ouch!

Yes, a good over the counter pain pill and a hot Jacuzzi with lots of jets. No Jacuzzi - a hot bath and soak and then get out and take a nice walk. Good Luck and do it again tomorrow.

Do you want to heal it medically, herbally or some normal way? There's always Motrin and other pain relievers. Maybe you can try herbal ways. There's common plants that can heal it, i'm sure (it was one of my hobbies). Just search up herbal cures or something. A hot bath might help. And get some rest.

"Endurox" is available at GNC. Mix a scoop with water, stir and drink just after boarding and it will reduce muscle soreness a lot! (Tastes great too)
