Last time I remember was when we had enough snow in out front yard for a couple tiny snowmen in Winter 2003. Of course we made them by 8:00 am and they melted by that afternoon!
It's that crazy desert climate that sure gets in the way of a good snow!!!

2005 in on the North West side of the valley. I had snow on my lawn for 4 days. Pretty neat! Just glad it doesn't happen all of the time.

The valley gets snow just about every year. Not necessarily on the Strip. Mt Charleston gets hit pretty good every winter
