Ummmm well you could make your website sortof like a myspace look at your Page Source and copy & paste the gaint of a code and place it in a word pad name it index.html and up load it to a website... Or you could learn html, CSS, javascript, Rss, Php, and some other things.

Go on www.myspace.com and click something that says sign up. Then just make it! (this might not help you.I just needed some points!!!!!)
