is there a way to find out an actual time that the person was on/logged in??

Yes it says under there name last logged on

The only way is if it said "Online now" (as in currently) or last logged in "1/5/07". But as far a specific time.....no

Their profile tells you the last day they logged in, but you can't tell what time.
