Oooh. That's a tough one. I had something die under my house once too. I'll tell you to do what we did. At first it was so bad we had to go stay somewhere else. But while we were gone we just opened up all the windows to air it out. That'll take a while though. Just air and airfreshener. That's all you can do. We didn't move back for about a month.

well first off i would get rid of the dead mouse, after that, open all windows for a day and light some incense or some sage

Well, hopefully you found this dead mouse, if you have found it wherever you found it move everything to the sides and with clorox clean it with that! If it's a carpeted area your best bet is to shampoo it or clean it you can rent one from most local stores!

rent an ozone generator from rental store take all living things including plants and animals out of house run for 8-24 hours
then thourouly ventalate house for 2 hours with all windows open.

should take care of it.
