You need to find web hosting.

Web hosting is a service that allows you to upload (move) your web site to a remote server.

The remote server will then assign you a URL, or if you already have purchased one, it will map that to your new web space.

You have a million options. Considering you are still in school, why not use Yahoo's free web hosting:

http://geocities.yahoo.com/reg

Sign up for a free account, then follow the instructions to upload your site that you have already made.

Then, Yahoo will provide you with your URL. Your visitors will type this in their browser, and voila! they will see your web site.

Good luck. It's a breeze, and you should have no problems.

in order to create a URL you just need to register a domain name, find a hosting company, and upload your file with the homepage name being index.html. I recommend webhost4life to do all of this. sponsor name is porterpet, if you choose webhost4life. I have had nothing but good results using them.
