I have been involved with a girl from work. She has a boyfriend she hardly sees. I have grown attached to her. She says she doesn't want to hurt her boyfriend anymore and is comitted to him. Her eyes and her actions tell a different story.

Never hang on! Don't wait for her, you live your life and when and if she is ready, and you are available, then do it. It will work out if it is supposed to. Live your life in the meantime!! What if you pass up the right one while waiting for the wrong one??? You just never know.....

Except for the work part, I've been in the same situation.
We became good friends now.
It's good to mess around to make yourself feel good until you find someone to truly love.
Don't really be any form of a tease; but just kick it with her and have fun until you realize who you really love because if your love for her now is getting to deep in your head, while she's still in love with her boyfriend, it's just going hurt you badly in the inside.

yeah, your not gonna want to keep hanging on. What exactly are you hanging on to? Sorry to tell you...NOTHING. Her eyes are needful because she won't let go of ol' boy. Her actions are desparate because she ain't getting nothing from him either, yet she's not trying leave him. She's confused. Not you.
There are so many other women out there. Go find the one that will dedicate all her time to you.

If you hang on, there's a chance that you could get hurt. Now I don't know how much involved you got with her. If it is a lot, then she may be not trustworthy. If she is not true to her boyfriend, then she may not be true to you. Just be careful if you decide to hang on, and guard your heart. Best of luck to you.

all u can do is play the waiting game. if u push her 4 a relationship, u will push her away!!!if she wants you, she will come, but even tho what your saying makes sense set her a time limit. say she has 4 months and if in that time she hasnt let anything happen between u, u know she doesnt want to be with you

Leave her be. If she is thinking of you while dating him...what makes you think that if ya'll get together that she won't do the same thing to you. Find a gal that's not seeing anyone. You'll be a better person for it also.
