I need a work visa for the states for february, march and april....but i need to get it before i leave. so i have less than a month i guess. is there anyway that this is possible? and if so, can you tell me step-by-step what to do? thanks

You will also need a passport that is valid for at least 60 days after you return. If you are coming to the states to work in February, you should have time. The US has the department of state. Canada should have a similar department for issuing passports. Thats where you should go. They can supply you with the necessary paperwork to apply for your VISA. If it is a rush, you may have to pay a little more, but you can get it.

first off, where are you from?well ok i guess that dont matter. what u need 2 do is go on the net, look for the address for the american embassy in london i think it is but it maybe somewhere wlse but i think most embassys r in london. u need 2 contact them, explain ur situation, and arrange to go there. u cant get ur visa over the phone or by post as they need to spk 2 u. it can be costly but... then its just a waiting game to see if ur accepted, which usually they tell you there and then but sometimes they will make u wait while they decide. hope this helps and have a fab time!!!
