you can have certain things expunged from your record, but there are a lot of variables that dictate exactly what can be expunged. for example generally if you plead guilty, you cannot have it expunged, and the law dictates that you have to wait a certain amount of time. you WILL need to hire a lawyer and they will be able to tell you if the charge can be removed.

hear on your lawyer. i think sorry for you that a 'pal' set you up. I somewhat does no longer evaluate that individual a pal after that. in case you realize you're harmless then combat to teach it as long as you could.

I don't think it will ever come off your record. That's why they put it there, to protect future victims from failing to realize that you committed that crime.
