He deserves it, but unless there are witnesses, it would be a very hard case to prove. Your word against his.
You could look into filing sexual discrimination charge with the human resources department. If there are other incidents in his personnel file, you may have a case yet. If not and your's is the first on record, it will help the next victim.

Talk to a lawyer - you may not be able to prove what happened. See if there is a way to file for unemployment with harassment as the reason - that would get it in writing for others to see - but you have to do it legally.
